Description
- Updating and revising templates / process steps in line with DB Group corporate guidelines
- Planning, execution and follow-up of IT project portfolio management committee & working group meetings in line with DB Group corporate guidelines
- Collecting and reviewing business cases, feasibility studies, final reports, decisions and other documents of the (sub-)projects according to ITIL
- Creating and further developing uniform project standards as well as other relevant IT management standards
- Quality assurance regarding adherence to established workflows and processes within project work
- Checking the implementation of project standards using appropriate metrics
- Preparing decision proposals, for example for the board or other relevant committees
- Preparing project status reports, presentations on project deliverables, and documenting project results
- Providing relevant project information to the project stakeholders (project participants and those affected by the project)
Requirements
- Project management know-how: proven PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA certification
- Designing, implementing and quality assuring IT governance processes: at least 2 project assignments
- Introduction, control and coordination of approval processes
- ITIL v4 and COBIT 5 certification
- Quality management: at least 2 project assignments documented in resume
