Description
A company is looking for an experienced Interim Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis in a dynamic scale-up environment. The goal of the project is to optimize the financial strategy, scale processes, and support informed decision-making through data-driven analyses.
In this role, you will take on a key position in the finance team and work closely with management to ensure the company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis for the entire company.
- Develop and implement processes to scale the finance function.
- Prepare budget plans, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze business data to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize financial KPIs.
- Prepare reports for investors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in FP&A, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing company.
- Deep understanding of financial models, budgeting processes, and data analysis.
- Ability to set priorities and stay flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with investors is a plus.
