Description
The group is one of the top 3 players worldwide in renewable energies with an installed capacity of around 31 GW and a variety of innovation projects. In Germany, we have also been a key market player for renewable energies for years. We operate our own wind farms, photovoltaic systems, as well as pumped-storage and run-of-river power plants with battery storage. And we want to keep growing, especially in the wind and PV sectors.
We are looking at the following possible locations: Berlin, Bremen, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Mainz, Oldenburg, Hanover, Kiel, Stuttgart, Munich OR Cologne.

As a Freelancer in Land Acquisition for Renewable Energies in field service, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land suitable for wind and solar energy use.
- Supporting landowners and agricultural tenants or other users
- Negotiating with landowners
- Negotiating with authorities, determining permit requirements
- General advisory project support
- Follow-up support and maintaining contacts
Requirements
- Existing professional experience in land acquisition / land scouting / land securing
- Experience in sales and enjoyment of field service
- Knowledge in the field of renewable energies
- Assertiveness, negotiation strength, and the ability to build and maintain contacts
- Confident manner with landowners, business partners and authorities
- Basic knowledge of contract, corporate and land law
- Driving licence class B
