Description
- Organizational units (accounting and controlling) have already been moved from Canada to Chemnitz and the processes have already been documented
- In a second project phase, the goal is now to train the team in Chemnitz based on the documentation and to organize the know-how transfer
Requirements
- Methodical experience with transformation projects: relocating organizational units to other locations ("lift and shift")
- Experience with knowledge transfer / onboarding new employees
- Strong understanding of accounting and controlling processes (ideally with a certificate)
- Project management experience / experience leading projects
- Very good (negotiation-level) English skills and very good German skills (the project language is primarily English)
