Description
As a (Senior) Scrum Master, you will actively advise and support three product development teams for the digital customer platform, focusing on team performance using the Scrum framework with the following focus:
- The three product development teams already have a very high level of maturity in applying the Scrum framework. The needs of the teams can therefore differ greatly depending on the team and context. You need a fine sense and empathy to support each team appropriately
- Promote and strengthen synergies between the teams
- Share best practices and advise on collaboration
- Conduct topic-based workshops on request
- Maintain and, if needed, further develop the teams’ self-organization
- Regularly review team agreements and team identity on request
- In case of personnel changes, ensure that all (new) team members understand and live the agile values
- Closely support personnel changes and the resulting transition phases within the teams
- Actively shape team-forming processes
- Actively identify, facilitate, and de-escalate team conflicts
- Strengthen quality awareness in the teams when needed
- Improve the measurability of work progress
- Support meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration in the department and with stakeholders
Requirements
- Establish (where needed) and further develop the Scrum processes
- Coach and mentor developers, POs, and UX in handling emerging impediments
- Further develop the product development teams and guide them through uncertainties during the upcoming organizational transformation
- Identify, name, and address obstacles in the development team to resolve them sustainably
- Maintain the impediment backlog
- Facilitate Scrum events on request
