Change support for Smart Steering

In this project, the client is working on further developing the control model to better support the business owners in managing operations. It looks at technical and economic dependencies and connections. As part of this effort, the client aims to develop driver KPIs, forecasting models, and a forward-looking control with several pilots. Besides implementing the new control system, intensive change support is needed so that employees understand, accept, and use the new processes and tools.

• Analyzing the current state of change
• Defining target states regarding the required change
• Developing solution options to move from the current to the target state
• Evaluating and presenting the solution options
• Building a change architecture for the client’s new business control model
• Organizing and running workshops to develop the change architecture
• Bringing in experience from other comparable companies
• Providing expert support to clusters in the development and implementation of the new business control model
• Developing a communication strategy for the client’s new business control model
• Implementing the communication strategy
• Stakeholder management with the affected employees
• Providing expert support to project management in preparing and following up steering committee meetings

• 2 years of experience in change projects of similar scale
• At least 2 projects in communication support, e.g. setting up an appropriate communication plan, launching webcasts, running workshops in the clusters
• In at least 2 projects, a change architecture was developed
