Description
Client is an internationally operating manufacturing company in the B2B sector and is about to go live with S/4HANA. As part of this project, you will develop and approve new global process standards. With the rollout of these new standards, each country will undergo process changes. The standard must be adopted by each country as much as possible and only adjusted to local requirements where absolutely necessary.
Tasks:
- Prepare, organize and manage the change process
- Provide individual support to local units for the upcoming S/4HANA introduction and process changes
- Individually prepare local units for the process and business change
- Guide and support the rollout of the new process and software
Requirements
- Ideal mix of project management and business change skills
- Experience in change management
- Experience managing complex IT projects, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with SAP projects
