Description
Do you have extensive understanding of how payment transactions work, including different payment instruments, clearing and settlement processes? Then don’t hesitate, send us your application documents and become part of our consulting team!
- Identification of inefficient or improvable processes related to SWIFT and EBICS transactions
- Creation of detailed documentation on SWIFT and EBICS processes, message formats and implementations
- Development of consistent and value-adding implementation packages
- Practical and technical mentoring of professional and junior BAs with best practice approaches
- Acting as interface between business and IT
- Content collaboration in interdisciplinary teams to drive optimizations and innovative ideas
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payment transactions
- At least 4 years of experience as a BA/RE in the financial services industry
- A deep understanding of international payment processes and systems; SWIFT and EBICS standards
- Specific knowledge of how SWIFT messages and EBICS messages work
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards
- Analytical skills to analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities in payment transactions
- Expertise in business architecture
- Mentoring: The ability to guide both professional and junior business analysts in the methodologies and approaches of business analysis and requirements engineering with practical and technical best practices in project situations
- Agile methodology knowledge: Experience with agile methods to facilitate iterative handovers to IT and allow flexible adjustments
- Project management skills: The ability to effectively organize and manage projects to successfully drive idea implementation
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Instant Payments (SIC5) implementation for sending and receiving
- Data modeling and XML knowledge
- In-depth process understanding of how payment systems work, including national and international payment standards
- Knowledge of payment instruments such as transfers, direct debits, credit and debit cards, and digital payment solutions
