Description
A company in the energy industry is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a special focus on the SAP FI-CA and SAP CI modules to enhance the competitiveness of its existing SAP CRM and SAP IS-U systems and to prepare upcoming migration projects.
The role includes analyzing and designing functionalities in the client’s IT landscape, especially in receivables management. The focus is on further developing the project portfolio as well as advising and supporting various departments.
- Conducting requirements management through inventories, needs analysis, and documentation.
- Designing and expanding the project portfolio while taking cross-functional requirements into account.
- Advising business units and organizing and documenting meetings.
- Presenting results in Scrum meetings and estimating user stories.
- Planning and executing the rollout of new developments.
- Advising on solution proposals and quality assurance measures (e.g. controlling, reporting).
- Using relevant tools like Jira, Confluence, or GitLab for development and documentation.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge (around 5 years) in SAP FI-CA, CI, and business analysis.
- Experience in QA and front-end testing for portals/apps.
- Energy industry know-how in sales.
- Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders/Scrum teams.
- Deep knowledge of Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
- Project experience in an energy supply company context (ideally in sales) and agile project work.
