Description
A company is looking for an experienced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) expert to optimize the efficiency and functionality of its applicant management process. The aim of the project is to analyze and improve existing systems and, if necessary, implement new solutions that meet the company's requirements.
The expert will work closely with the HR team to ensure that the ATS is used optimally and that the best talent can be identified and managed efficiently.
- Analysis of the existing ATS and identification of optimization opportunities
- Advice on the selection and implementation of new ATS solutions (if required)
- Training the HR team to use the system effectively
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and compliance guidelines
- Creating reports and KPIs to evaluate system performance
Requirements
- Extensive experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of HR processes and technologies
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems
- Experience training and supporting teams
- Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements
- Fluent German
- English language skills are an advantage
