As a curious observer, I love watching people and teams learn on their own and become quality providers. I am passionate, motivating, inspiring, energetic, determined, and yet patient. Trust, inclusivity, diversity, and equality are natural to me.

Over the years, I have worked in a range of leadership roles with people from different cultures and backgrounds in sales and marketing, technology, and project management.

In the last 10 years, I have focused on enterprise-level Agile and Scrum and managing transformations in fast-changing industries like media, technology, and retail while coaching teams. In recent years, I have spent part of my time training and coaching people with different backgrounds, experiences, and levels of seniority. As a passionate advocate for system-wide change, I guide and embed agile principles and drive sustainable change in teams and organizations. I also support change through individual agile coaching and training for teams, individuals, and leaders. I coach leaders and teams to prioritize work plans to achieve positive outcomes, build workflows, get fast feedback, and find opportunities for continuous improvement. Achieve change at all levels.
