Summary
Understand first, then introduce. I advise companies on AI adoption, from strategy to embedding it in everyday work. My work focuses on three areas: assessment and strategy, meaning maturity, use cases and their benefits. Organizational development, meaning roles, responsibilities and leadership. Processes, meaning the workflows in which AI is intended to have an impact. Empowering employees is the final step and builds on these three areas.
In AI projects, I am responsible for the business and organizational aspects: which tasks are suitable for AI, what the process should look like afterwards, who takes on which role and which rules apply. Technical implementation is handled by IT or technology partners. I translate between business departments, management and technology.
Around four years of consulting experience in digitalization, change and AI projects, most recently as a Senior Consultant at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG in Frankfurt am Main, where I was promoted after two years. Self-employed since the beginning of 2026. Projects in large corporate environments and upper mid-sized companies, nationally and internationally, with results presented to managing directors, executive boards and public authority management. Experience in developing policies and responsibility structures, currently with a focus on the requirements of the EU AI Act.
Alongside this, lecturer in AZAV-certified AI training programs with all content created independently. Since 09/2026, part-time cooperative study program M.Sc. Applied Artificial Intelligence at FH Südwestfalen.
My background: Business Psychology (B.Sc.) and Management and Organisation Studies (M.Sc.). AI adoption is decided within the organization; the tool is the smaller part. Remote in the DACH time zone, on-site appointments by arrangement.
