I know HR work from several perspectives: through leadership and operational responsibility, recruiting and people development, and more than twenty years of work in education. This combination is exactly my strength. I can assess business requirements, support people in their development and translate between business reality and the world of learning – now complemented by in-depth experience with AI.
I am interested in what people can actually do, what they need to become effective and where development can begin in concrete terms. In recruiting as well as in people development, I therefore look at potential, fit and the reality behind roles, requirements and CVs.
