Stefan T.-Experienced Trainer and Consultant with a Focus on Innovation and Practical Knowledge Transfer

• Since October 2025, we have been working successfully with omaria GmbH in the area of digital continuing education and artificial intelligence.
• What initially began with the design and production of learning and training videos developed into a broader collaboration: Since February 2026, omaria GmbH has also been supporting us in delivering our continuing education program “Digital Manager - für KI, Tools, Online-Marketing und Vertrieb”.
• Mr. Stefan Thomann, Managing Director of omaria GmbH, personally managed the services and was responsible for both the technical and didactic design as well as the delivery of the live online training sessions.
• So far, around 21 hours of video-based learning material have been created as part of the collaboration.
• In addition, Mr. Thomann conducted around 60 teaching units of live online training for two cohorts.
• The learning videos he created continue to be part of our online course.
• In terms of content, Mr. Thomann covered a broad range of current and practically relevant topics. These included the professional use of ChatGPT and generative AI in everyday business, prompting and AI-supported text creation, deep research and AI agents, the design of custom AI assistants and Custom GPTs, as well as AI-supported image and video generation.
• These topics were complemented by digital productivity and administrative tools and numerous specific application scenarios from different business areas.
• It is particularly worth highlighting that Mr. Thomann takes on responsibility far beyond his role as a trainer.
• He was fully responsible for the technical and didactic design of the sessions, the development of training materials and exercises, as well as the selection and preparation of suitable practical examples.
• He was very successful in translating current technological developments into clear, application-oriented learning content.
• As a trainer, Mr. Thomann stands out in particular for his ability to explain complex AI topics clearly and vividly and consistently connect them with specific use cases from everyday professional life.
• His live online training sessions are interactive, practical and designed to support sustainable knowledge transfer.
• He handles participants with different levels of prior knowledge and professional backgrounds in a confident and assured manner.
• On both an organizational and personal level, we also experience Mr. Thomann as a competent, reliable and professional contact.

• Guiding and supporting intrapreneur teams in turning innovative ideas into concrete business models.
• Successful planning, delivery and moderation of international, multi-day events such as innovation summits and hackathons, both in person and in hybrid and online formats with hundreds of participants worldwide.
