Modernizing the DSRV project by introducing a Linux operations platform and migrating the z/OS host system to x86 with Linux and VMware, as well as Oracle DB

Acting as the central interface for requirements between the target platform squad and department across complex IT infrastructures

Operational and methodological leadership responsibilities within the DSRV modernization initiative

Managing infrastructure, operations, security, and compliance teams, as well as external partners

Introducing agile methods, creating Kanban boards, and IT service management processes
