As part of the program (RAITT Transformation/Inlife Tribe), efficient handling of all processes for existing customers during ongoing operations and in customer service, including payments and billing, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient problem solving

Leading the Usage-to-Payments value stream and cross-functional teams as the responsible Epic Owner in the strategic RAITT transformation program

Modernization of the DSRV project by introducing a Linux operating platform and migrating from zOS host systems to x86 with Linux and VMware as well as Oracle DB

Central interface for requirements between the target platform squad and the department across complex IT infrastructures

Operational and methodological leadership responsibility within the DSRV modernization initiative

Managing infrastructure, operations, security and compliance teams as well as external partners

Introducing agile methods, creating Kanban boards and IT service management processes

Coordinating migrations and service transition to an external provider

Modeling current and target processes (BPMN, UML) and documenting change requirements

Creating dashboards for real-time transparency and implementing a governance structure

Introducing Google Workspace and standardizing templates and workflows via Confluence or SharePoint

Project coordination of a server migration from Windows 2008 to Windows 2016 for approximately 3,000 servers (virtual, physical and cloud solutions)

Planning SQL database migrations, creating firewall requests and registering assets

Change planning and coordination, creating operational work orders

Monitoring the project roadmap, resources, budget and dependencies

Developing strategies for scalable IT cabling and network infrastructure

Creating solution designs as a basis for technical implementation
