Description
A well-known player in the European construction industry is seeking Venture Architects to coach and actively participate with intrapreneurship teams. These teams will develop initial business models and business cases for their ideas over a period of 2-3 months (September-November). The programme aims to validate employee business ideas as a starting point for the development of corporate startups.
- Structure the validation phase and define necessary validation measures.
- Ensure validated results are available.
- Provide feedback and identify weaknesses.
- Introduce useful frameworks/tools.
- Develop functioning business models.
- Use your network to connect the team to pilot customers, investors, etc.
- Actively participate in work packages as a team member.
Requirements
- Experience in venture building or startup environments.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with various frameworks/tools used in innovation and business model development.
- Strong networking capabilities to connect teams with potential stakeholders.
