Description

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team. The researcher will focus on both quantitative and qualitative aspects of user experience, aiming to derive actionable insights that can inform the development of new features and improvements.

Conduct user interviews to gather qualitative data.
Analyze user recordings and statistics to derive quantitative insights.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate research findings into feature ideas.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in UX research, particularly within ecommerce platforms.
Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficiency in tools for analyzing user recordings and statistics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
