Description
- Fault finding and diagnostics in cooperation with the service department
- Checking the functions of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical controls using circuit diagrams and hydraulic schematics
- Remote maintenance/remote diagnostics of our machines via online portal
- Supporting our customers with technical questions in automation engineering
- Working according to wiring diagrams
- Performing repairs, test runs and inspections
- Assisting with on-site commissioning of machines and systems (domestic and abroad)
Requirements
- Completed degree in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or technical computer science (B.Eng./B.Sc.)
- Alternatively, a completed (electro-)technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Confident handling of Siemens S7 and WinCC
- Allen-Bradley control software desirable
- Good communication skills and team player
- Independent working style, flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Good written and spoken English
