As Procurement Lead, you manage the procurement team in Europe and other international country units – a total of 39 country markets.
- Demonstrable experience in procurement
- Realization of cost savings for the regions
- Standardization of purchasing and procurement processes across all regions
- Many years of experience leading procurement teams
- Experience in procurement in the machinery/production sector
- Leading a four-person procurement team
- Managing a procurement volume of €500 M – €1 B
Requirements
- Executive presence / strong leadership
- Well organized
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in managing and coaching buyers
