Professional Requirements:**
Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, especially regulatory bodies and internal specialist departments.
Project Management: Planning and control of regulatory requirements within the project.
Requirements Engineering: Gathering, detailing and documentation of regulatory requirements, particularly in data protection, market regulation and authority inquiries.
Process Analysis: Analysis and evaluation of existing business processes regarding regulatory requirements.
Jira & Confluence: Documentation and tracking of requirements and team collaboration.
Design Specification Review: Analysis and critical evaluation of developed design specifications for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Consulting & Test Management: Support in planning and executing the testing phase with a focus on regulatory requirements.
Methodical Requirements:**
Experience in analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements within IT and business processes.
Independent control and coordination of capturing and implementing regulatory guidelines.
Documentation and tracking of requirements in standardized formats (e.g. user stories, backlogs).
Knowledge of Scrum and agile methods to implement iterative adjustments efficiently.
