Description
- Evaluation and cross-functional coordination of complex regression cases considering technical, commercial, and legal principles
- Preparation of extensive and complex warranty data and their technical evaluation
- Negotiation and enforcement of warranty claims against suppliers in the six- to seven-figure range
- Creation of settlement agreements/compromise agreements with suppliers
- Continuous identification of regression potential and monitoring of all relevant special regression topics
- Continuous cross-functional collaboration with other departments to resolve quality issues and identify regression potential
- Negotiation of supplier objections regarding contractual quality and warranty requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in regression management
- Practical experience with an OEM in the automotive industry
- Good legal knowledge in warranty law, general terms and conditions (GTC), and contract design
- High understanding of technical and commercial contexts
- Know-how in quality processes and quality requirements (automotive industry VDA / IATF)
