Description
- Ensure that various projects within a program are effectively coordinated and managed
- Set up a program management method (e.g., Prince2)
- Approve the program in committees, especially scope and budget
- Acquire external support for program control
- Establish the management system, possibly with IT support
- Appoint project managers, or if needed, recruit project managers first
- Program kick-off
- Set up and shape the PMO
Requirements
- Many years of project management experience in the automotive industry (program and project management)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Experience communicating with project teams, executives, internal departments, and external partners
- Nice to have: experience in the battery cell area
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and controlling projects
