- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address design issues and improve PCBA performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Expertise in THT and SMT technologies, with hands-on experience in soldering and plating of connectors
- Strong understanding of PCBA design correction and improvement processes
- Experience with test methods and equipment used in PCBA for e-cars
