Description
Responsible for managing the SAP R3 and S4 ERP suite using the ITIL framework in close collaboration with the infrastructure team. Day-to-day operations and projects need to be redesigned, implemented, and continuously improved. Budgets must be planned, reported, and forecast.
Tasks:
- Lead an internal and external SAP team
- Build the SAP S/4 HANA team
- Transition the current way of working to an ITIL process
- Stabilize the system landscapes and team development
- Introduce IT service management
- Manage external suppliers and contracts
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing SAP ERP applications at a global level (SAP certifications)
- ITIL processes, TOGAF, CMMI, PMI, Prince2 IT project management
- Experience leading multinational teams
- Assertiveness, seniority, communication skills, commitment, flexibility
- Good German and English skills
