A big eCommerce company based in Munich is on an exciting journey to enhance their brand and organizational presence. They are looking for an Interim Corporate Communications Manager who can seamlessly integrate strategy with hands-on execution, bringing a fresh, dynamic, and integrative approach to their communications efforts.
- Develop and roll out a comprehensive corporate communications strategy across various channels including social media and public relations (both external and internal).
- Execute hands-on internal communications initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Manage communications for the board, including social media and PR activities.
Requirements
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experience as an individual contributor in corporate communications.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Strong skills in managing both internal and external communications.
- Dynamic, integrative approach to problem-solving.
