Description
- Support in the daily operational HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Handling and coordinating employee requests via phone, email and chat, as well as assisting with more complex HR questions
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of HR data, and assisting in the creation and management of personnel-related and legally required documents
- Assisting with compliance to German labor, social security and tax regulations Close, supportive collaboration with HR Business Partners and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR Operations
- Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft HCM, Workday or similar tools
- Good knowledge of German labor, tax and social security law
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
- Confident user of MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
