Description
For a major project in the SuedLink North area, a company is looking for an experienced freelancer in commercial site controlling. The freelancer will independently handle the commercial tasks on the construction site and act as the interface between the site, project management, and controlling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial site controlling or project controlling (ideally in the infrastructure or energy sector)
- Very good knowledge of AVA software (iTWO) and SAP
- Experience in claims and contract amendment management
- Strong commercial understanding and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and coordination skills in interdisciplinary teams
