- On-site consultation at supplier locations in Mexico to support escalation measures
- Analysis and resolution of quality and delivery issues related to data cables and wiring harnesses
- Implementation and monitoring of corrective actions from factory and logistics audits
- Support in stabilizing production processes and ensuring adherence to customer requirements
- Tracking and improving key performance indicators such as rework rates, quality incidents, and delivery performance
- Coordination between supplier plants and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Documentation and reporting, including weekly status updates with detailed action tracking
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in supplier management and production processes
- In-depth knowledge of wiring harnesses, data cables, and electronic components
- Experience in quality management, process optimization, and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain processes, including audits and corrective action implementation
- Proven ability to analyze, report, and track KPIs to drive sustainable improvements in production and delivery performance
