Description

The transformation program is reshaping the BSS landscape and operating model by developing and implementing new, modern product catalog, order management and CRM / CIM systems to achieve an improved customer experience, faster TMT and reduced TCO.

  • Consulting on gathering, prioritizing and defining #requirements in the area of #commissions, as well as setting the #development sequence
  • Advising on the #prioritization of defined #epics, as well as determining the development order
  • Reviewing and purposefully adjusting the defined #epics
  • Advising on creating #userstorys as part of #epic development
  • Creating regular #reporting on development progress
  • Analyzing and identifying process-related issues and challenges
  • Advising the project manager and stream leads on steering the project teams
