Consultant Target Operating Module Setup (m/f/x)

• project: months ago liquidity steering within the company started; now, further improvement in liquidity planning is needed

• new Target Operating Model is in place, but needs to be changed to be more efficient and lean

• the operating model is already there, but it needs to grow

• the model is already helping the liquidity but it needs to be more efficient

• new module should be more holistic

• the model is currently working only on priorities; the goal is to make this model functioning with involving all stakeholders without only the priorities

• Set up an efficient Target Operating Model

• Set up a more holistic model that is fully operating not only on priorities but also involving all stakeholders without having to prioritize

• the model should be set up on the basics of liquidity with a deep understanding of project management and in finance industry

• the tasks have to be completed in a strict, structured manner with no delays regarding to the implementation

• in the end of the project: ensure that all the models are realized and set up, everything is alive and going

Must have:

• relevant experience in setting up a Target Operating Module a deep knowledge in project management

• experience in the finance industry

• at least a solid understanding in liquidity

Nice to have:

• best practice sharing from the financial sector or bank sector

• experience in the energy industry
