Description
To support the growing topic of procurement controlling in Corporate Procurement, a telecom provider is looking for support in purchasing. Long-term perspective of more than 1 year.
- Create analyses and collect key figures to support management
- Conduct benchmarks (e.g. variances, comparisons)
- Support optimization and digitalization of processes and controlling tools
- Prepare reports and derive actionable recommendations with a focus on procurement and finance
- Capture and identify relevant information to derive KPIs
- Present findings in presentation-ready quality
- Create, prepare, and update dashboards
Requirements
- For this position, we seek someone who proactively contributes and wants to continuously improve themselves and processes with an optimization mindset. Not only flawlessly prepared numbers but also expertly combined, analyzed, and turned into clear conclusions for business development.
- Preferably experience with reporting tools (SAP Analytics, Coupa Analytics, SAP BW, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience or understanding in accounting and its KPIs is desirable
- Communicative, team player, reliable, independent
- Persuasive ability
