Technical expertise:
- IT architecture & infrastructure: planning, management, and optimization of critical IT infrastructures
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft): implementation and operation of cloud infrastructures
- Security & Identity Management: implementation of security standards and IAM solutions
- Basic SAP knowledge in the IAM context
- Microsoft technologies: Entra, M365, Defender
- Monitoring & quality control: development of KPIs, real-time monitoring, SLA definition
Project management & process optimization:
- Management of external partners, SLA definition, quality assurance
- Implementation of Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- Documentation of technical requirements, cost control
