As a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Requirements Engineer and (Proxy-)Product Owner, I help companies make the translation between business and IT. Key activities include properly, broadly and deeply mapping out the customer's needs and working this out in various forms of requirements, e.g. by drawing up epics, features, user stories and the associated acceptance criteria. To this end, I use methods such as interviews, workshops but also observations. I have extensive experience as a business analyst within many sectors/domains and have always made sure that as much customer input as possible is incorporated in the product, also by giving the customer the opportunity to work on it. I have a lot of experience with Agile of which I am also a pioneer and have been working for years with tools such as Jira, Confluence, DrawIO but also with "less agile" system development tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational Toolkit, HP ALM, Visual Paradigm, B-Wise, ARIS, Testrail, Microsoft Office, Visio and Mindmanager.
