I am a Scrum Master, Project Manager and Business Consultant/Analyst with a business-minded attitude, taking a pragmatic approach when needed. I have experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Analyst in large Agile English- and German-speaking customer environments such as AMAG, BMW and ERGO/DKV. I am an example of a T-shaped employee who feels at home in any role.
I have a university degree in Computer Science and extensive practical IT experience. I gained this experience especially in the field of software development. In recent years, I have mainly worked as an architect, Scrum Master, Business Consultant/Analyst and Product Owner. Internationally, I have been working for AMAG (a large Swiss automotive company) in Cham since March 2024, for ERGO Group AG (insurance) in Cologne from mid-2016 to early 2018, and for BMW AG in Munich from early 2011 to the end of 2014.
In 2020, in addition to my IT company, I founded my own ceramics business. Working with ceramics, using my hands and being creative are a wonderful complement to my IT work, where I mainly focus on using my head.
