I am a Scrum Master, project manager and business consultant/analyst with a business-minded attitude and I take a pragmatic approach when needed. My overview, my creative and analytical skills, and my results-oriented mindset enable me to quickly get to the heart of complex issues and come up with innovative solutions without losing sight of the bigger picture. I have a good sense of humor, I am helpful and very involved with my projects and team members. I have experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Analyst in large agile English- and German-speaking customer environments such as AMAG, BMW and ERGO/DKV. I am the example of a T-shaped employee who feels at home in every role.

I have a university degree in computer science and broad practical IT experience. I gained this experience especially in the field of software development. In recent years, I have mainly worked as an architect, Scrum Master, business consultant/analyst and product owner. Internationally, I have been working since March 2024 for AMAG (a large Swiss car company) in Cham, from mid-2016 to early 2018 for ERGO Group AG (insurance) in Cologne, and from early 2011 to the end of 2014 for BMW AG in Munich.

In 2020, in addition to my IT company, I founded my own ceramics company. Working with ceramics, using my hands and being creative are a wonderful complement to my IT work, where I mainly focus on my head.
