I am a Scrum Master, project manager and business consultant/analyst with a businesslike approach and I work pragmatically when needed. My overview, my creative and analytical skills and my results-driven attitude allow me to get to the heart of complex issues quickly and come up with innovative solutions without losing sight of the big picture. I have a good sense of humor, am helpful and very involved with my projects and team members. I have experience as a Scrum Master, agile coach and analyst in large agile English and German-speaking client environments such as AMAG, BMW and ERGO/DKV. I am the example of a T-shaped employee who feels at home in any role.

I have a university degree in Computer Science and broad practical IT experience, especially in software development. In recent years, I have mainly worked as an architect, Scrum Master, business consultant/analyst and product owner. Internationally, I have worked since March 2024 for AMAG (a large Swiss automotive company) in Cham, from mid-2016 to early 2018 for ERGO Group AG (insurance) in Cologne, and from early 2011 to the end of 2014 for BMW AG in Munich.

In 2020, I also founded my own ceramics company alongside my IT business. Working with ceramics, hands-on work and creativity are a wonderful complement to my IT work, where I mainly focus on my mind.
