Nora brings over 10 years of recruiting experience and is an expert in active sourcing – combined with a strong sales affinity. She has independently filled many positions across Germany, from sales to tech, product and marketing to operations.

In recent years, she has also successfully managed executive positions and worked as an in-house talent partner in health-tech and banking companies.

As an interim recruiter, Nora took full responsibility for building, scaling and professionalizing recruiting structures in start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. In close collaboration with CEOs and founders, she translated growth goals into concrete hiring plans, filled business-critical key positions and established scalable recruiting processes that enabled rapid and sustainable growth.
