I have over 18 years of IT experience. IT and working with people have always inspired and motivated me. For more than eight years, I've been on the consulting side in the CRM field, after gaining extensive experience as a user. I have taken on various roles in projects, including Product Owner, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, and Functional Consultant. I'm experienced in agile project methods and have deep knowledge of the most common Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, especially Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Customer Service. In these modules, I've supported customers of all sizes and industries – from commercial businesses to non-profit organizations to educational institutions. Most recently, I served as a team leader.
To me, successful projects are much more than technical delivery. Sustainable results happen when people share responsibility, communicate clearly, and work together on solid solutions.
That's why my project motto is: “Technology can do a lot. But real project success comes from people who create solutions together.”
