I have more than 18 years of experience in IT. IT and working with people have always inspired and motivated me. For more than eight years, I have worked on the consulting side in the CRM environment, after previously gaining extensive experience as a user. In projects, I have taken on various roles, including Product Owner, Project Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant and Functional Consultant. I have experience working with agile project methods and in-depth knowledge of the most common Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, especially Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Service. In these modules, I have supported customers of all sizes and from a wide range of industries – from commercial businesses and non-profit organizations to educational institutions (Education). Most recently, I worked as a Team Lead.
For me, successful projects are about much more than technical implementation. Sustainable results are achieved when people take responsibility together, communicate clearly and work on sustainable solutions.
