Summary
Interim Manager with over 30 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and operations. My focus is on stabilizing critical SAP S/4HANA-related logistics and supply chain processes, especially in transformation, outsourcing, ramp-up and special situations.
I support companies when inventory, inbound/outbound processes, interfaces, posting logic, 3PL management, material availability or operational delivery performance no longer work reliably. My strength lies at the interface between business functions, SAP/IT, logistics service providers, plants, the shop floor, Quality Management and management.
In my most recent assignments, I stabilized an SAP S/4HANA-related logistics outsourcing setup in the health care/medical technology environment, operationally realigned a logistics function at a chemical company, managed five departments with around 60 employees as Interim Head of Supply Chain Management and built global demand and supply planning structures for Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific.
