Summary
I know project management from my own experience as a project and development manager and from almost six years of work as an external Agile Coach. Today, I support project leaders and teams in successfully handling their responsibilities.
I seek open conversations with the people involved in a project. I want to understand how they work, what drives them, and why their organization works the way it does. Together, we continuously develop the project organization from wherever it is starting. Sometimes fundamental changes are needed; at other times, the goal is to make already effective processes even better. We use classic project leadership as well as Scrum, Kanban, or a combination of these approaches. We introduce changes step by step. In retrospectives, we review their impact and continue to develop our solutions.
Working with customers is especially important to me. I actively involve them in development processes and make sure decisions are well prepared.
I address problems openly, work with leaders and teams as equals, and, when needed, support changes through practical implementation.
My international project experience and the targeted use of AI broaden my perspective on problems and possible solutions. For me, working with people remains essential. I listen, take their perspectives seriously, and stand by my commitments.
