Summary
I combine more than ten years of experience in automotive and IT with hands-on software development and international leadership responsibility. I take on technical project and program leadership, software delivery, senior PMO and product owner responsibilities — especially where technical depth, clear direction and decisive action are needed.
At Continental, I managed teams directly and coordinated around 80 employees from different disciplines as Technical Project Lead. As Urgent Topic Manager, I managed critical issues and led discussions up to the leadership level directly below the Board.
I know technology from hands-on work: I have developed complete full-stack applications and microservices, built databases, and created project controlling tools with SAP integration and Power BI dashboards. I also have practical experience with PMO processes, administering Jira, Confluence and GitHub, and introducing agile ways of working.
