Summary
As a freelance IT project manager, I lead ERP programs for corporate groups whenever something fundamental changes: after an acquisition (post-merger integration), when the system changes (SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365) or when the law changes (e-invoicing and regulatory requirements in the ERP). My focus is SAP e-invoicing and compliance (SAP DRC, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol, VIDA) in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, currently as business project lead for two e-invoicing programs between business (SD, FI), SAP IT and providers.
Operationally, I take end-to-end responsibility from requirements clarification through UAT and cutover to hypercare. I cut work packages precisely, prioritize by business value and deliver on time against legal deadlines. I translate between business, IT and C-level management, prepare steering committee decisions based on data and manage escalations in a targeted manner. My industry experience spans FMCG and cosmetics, high-tech, retail, electrical engineering, banking and insurance.
Reliability in delivery
I am there when it counts. I meet deadlines, work accurately and bring topics to a close. Clients value that they can rely on me, even when things get tight in the project.
Technical understanding and interface competence
I grasp complex IT systems, interfaces and data flows quickly and confidently. I structure requirements clearly and turn them into implementable solutions, integrated into existing architectures and processes.
Clear communication in day-to-day project work
I speak the language of IT, business and management. I present results clearly, prepare decisions based on facts and resolve open points proactively and reliably.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
I turn technical and business matters into clear KPIs, reports and decision papers as a reliable basis for project steering, monitoring and risk management.
Structure and clarity in complex tasks
I analyze situations quickly, filter out the essentials and sort out conflicting requirements. The result is tangible concepts for a clean implementation.
Processes with practical added value
I design processes that work in practice, through automation, standardization and the integration of suitable tools. The focus is on the benefit of the system, not on the method.
