As the founder and board member of kuehlhaus AG, I was involved with the company for 25 years. Projects included the introduction of Digital Experience Platforms based on Sitecore and Optimizely for internationally active companies and corporations such as Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Freudenberg, SAP, Performance Materials, Heel, Mainz05, billiger.de, Apetito, Mensch und Maschine and many more.
In addition to the DXP projects, we also designed, implemented and operated online shops, for example for Schiesser and Aktion Mensch (lottery shop).
We also organized the national UX Day Mannheim conference, with more than 500 participants each year, and achieved a TOP 60 ranking in the agency rating. We consistently maintained long-term customer relationships and supported companies in their digitalization and in increasing their digital maturity.
Kühlhaus AG had always been highly self-organized and had been organized according to Holacracy since around 2019.
