Requirements
Professional Expertise
- Solid knowledge of accounting under IFRS and HGB, especially in real estate and contract context (SAP RE-FX)
- Experience in test management and conducting User Acceptance Tests (UATs) in the SAP environment
- Familiar with reporting structures and aligning them with regulatory requirements
System & Process Knowledge
- Very good knowledge of SAP RE-FX and related modules (e.g., FI, CO, AA)
- Experience with posting and valuation logic in the context of leasing, real estate, rental contracts, and long-term obligations
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing accounting-relevant system processes
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Developing and executing test strategies (planning, execution, defect handling, documentation)
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, Xray, HP ALM
- Focus on quality assurance in the accounting and reporting process
Project Context & Collaboration
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Order-to-Cash, P2P, Controlling, and Tax squads
- Ability to derive and communicate technical and functional requirements from test results
- Routine in release management phases (e.g., hypercare, bug fixing, cutover support)
