Description
- Define Six Sigma methodological approaches
- Agree on areas of action and initiate the implementation of a pilot project
- Develop guidelines for using statistical methods, e.g.
- Conduct MFU, PFU
- Use Six Sigma for proactive quality control
- Train employees
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the automotive or supplier industry – focus on German OEMs
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
- Holder of a Six Sigma certificate
- Practical experience in applying the methodology
- Nice to have: experience in the battery cell area
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
