Description
The goal of this project is to implement tools and web services in a new system landscape in a privacy-compliant way. All relevant data protection requirements should be strictly followed and efficiently integrated into the project structure.
Specific tasks & services:
- Coordinate the scope and schedule of data protection measures within the project.
- Define and track the project plan in Jira and Confluence, including milestones, requirements, solution descriptions, approvals, and effort estimates.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and document storage.
- Prepare and manage decision templates on data protection for management, including escalating issues with ready-made solution proposals.
- Monitor project progress in Jira and Confluence and provide early, proactive updates to program management and executives.
Requirements
- Experience in data protection management, especially in implementing privacy-compliant IT integrations.
- Solid knowledge of project management and coordination, ideally with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines in data protection.
- Experience in preparing decision templates and management reporting.
- Structured and independent work style with the ability to identify and escalate issues early.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
