Description
This is about the Connected Urban Twins (CUT) initiative and specifically about supporting controlling topics (towards KfW as a funding provider on the federal side, internally towards IT Global Fund as well as towards other project participants in Hamburg, Munich and Leipzig).
The tasks to be performed include:
- Coordination and execution of project management processes
- Preparation and follow-up of committee work and regular meetings
- Organizing and conducting project events such as lecture series and workshops
- Technical responsibility for in-city financial controlling and billing with KfW Bank
- Coordinating project reporting
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge in your field and related areas
- Mandatory: solid knowledge in financial controlling
- Five or more years of professional experience in the field
- Ability to technically lead and coach specialist project teams (without direct staff management)
- Ability for conceptual work, consulting and solving complex problems
- Can be classified within a larger company as a cadre or executive member, without direct management responsibility
