Description

A company is looking for an experienced Private Equity Analyst who specializes in buying and selling craft businesses. The goal of the project is to identify strategic investment opportunities and successfully complete transactions.

In this role, you will work closely with the investment team to conduct market analyses and evaluate potential acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analyses to identify investment opportunities

  • Support the structuring and negotiation of transactions
  • Prepare detailed financial models and reports
