In the context of the acquisition by [...] Partners and the carve-out from the [...] group, we are looking for an Interim Project Manager Finance (m/f/d) on a freelance basis starting as soon as possible.

Tasks:

Implementation of special projects, such as the SAP S/4 HANA rollout
Coordination and organization of finance processes, including optimization of processes and systems in a dynamic environment
Support in preparing the annual financial statements of the German entities according to HGB as well as the monthly, quarterly and consolidated financial statements of the group according to IFRS
Participation in preparing the annual corporate tax return
Close cooperation with various areas within the group, such as Treasury and Controlling, but also with the IT team and the CIO
Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Tax

Requirements

Experience in managing a carve-out project on the finance side
Knowledge in implementing SAP S/4 HANA
Very good skills in using SAP, especially FI/AA, as well as a solid understanding of finance processes
Proven experience in finance/accounting in an international company or an audit firm
Knowledge of international tax law (withholding taxes, transfer pricing) is a plus
