Description
- 1:1 replacement of the formal Logistics Manager (already have left the site)
- Leading the logistics department on management level and coaching direct reports (total departmental headcount is 200 people)
- Responsible for internal logistics: production planning, warehousing, serving production’s needs
- Responsible for external logistics: call offs from serial suppliers, handling external partners
- Meeting the plant’s and concern’s KPI targets
- Reporting to the Plant Manager
Requirements
- Internal logistics process development: in stock optimalization working with pull in – push out systems
- Serving internal and external customers (end to end logistics process)
- Working with external suppliers based on JIT deliveries
- SAP R4/R5 knowledge
- Knowing Automotive requirements
- Having outstanding soft leadership skills
- Slovakian skills
- English skills
