- Analyze assessment results and derive concrete recommendations for achieving TISAX Level 3
- Develop and implement processes for IT & OT security, including asset management, vulnerability and patch management
- Create a backup and recovery plan as well as measures for remote maintenance and remote access security
- Define a business continuity management system for IT/OT disaster recovery
- Develop a security awareness program and embed risk management into corporate governance
- Establish professional external support with SLA agreements for IT and OT security
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT and OT security as well as building security structures according to TISAX and ISO 27001
- Knowledge of asset, vulnerability and patch management as well as backup and recovery concepts
- Experience in developing and implementing business continuity management systems
- Expertise in designing and running security awareness programs
- Experience with service level agreements (SLA) and external security operations centers (SOC)
- Confident in advising management and specialist departments on embedding IT security measures
