Description
Our client is a telecommunications company. They are looking for an expert in customer service training who can identify the latest learning elements and develop them didactically and creatively at a high level. We need a content expert with extensive experience in developing and rolling out new learning formats.
- Developing and piloting additional formats (e.g. podcasts) to help employees achieve target skills
- Producing new, engaging learning formats and training content (e.g. short e-learning nuggets) as part of building the Nugget Factory to supplement and replace existing WBTs and in-person trainings
- Gathering feedback from pilot users of the new formats to refine each format
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing e-learning formats
- Experience producing digital and analog formats based on specifications (with opportunities for occasional co-creation)
- Experience with modern, creative adult learning formats
- Knowledge of learning management systems and their technical limitations
